Hints on Buying a new computer

Ok tiss the season to want computers.

These are just a few things that can help you have a happy computer.
Please add to it since as we all now they can be a blessing or the reason why we need to have no windows on the second floor to throw things out.

1st Breakage

Are you and your husband prone to having things break down?
Remember there are lemons out there just like with cars.
If so get the extended warranty
At the end of the day most are not needed however our family is one of those need a warranty families.

2nd Games

Are you and you husband going to be playing any video games?
If so get a reallllly good graphics card.
Ge-Force is a really great one. It should come with some additional memory.
Really you should get a good graphics card anyway so many websites need em anyway.

3rd Ram
No you don't have to buy sheep.
It's memory and you need to have at least 1.5 GB of it.
This will help with the speed of your computer.

4th
Hard Drive
Most computers come with a lot of Hard Drive space so that shouldn't be a problem 280 GB should hold you for awhile

5th
Remember you get what you pay for so being frugal is all good until you wait 10 minutes for something to download and then it freezes up on you.

At this point keep all your hammers away from the computer because threatening or hitting the computer will not make it go any faster (even though it may make you feel better).

6th
I would say that you should expect to invest about $500 ish before taxes and excluding warranties.
It is real easy to get to the $1000 range so my last piece of advice is to wait till after Christmas this is when the real super sales go on.

7th Security
It's a hassle but yes you need to have security on your computer to stop people from hacking you.

8th Used
RUN if someone says this was just returned there is nothing wrong with it or we just fixed this one.
Remember the lemon is still a lemon.

9th Shop Around
Like all good shoppers, don't take my word for it.
Get out and shop around.
Leave your money at home because everyone is going to want you to buy now.

Believe me there will be PLENTY of computers left the day after Christmas.
Use Best Buy's Geek squad to answer any technical questions that anyone will throw at you.
Or try our computer savey peeps here

Hope this helps
Have a Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year

Be a Loser & Win

Be a loser.

Ok Thanksgiving is on us, Office parties, Christmas and New Years all
this leads up to an average of 5-15 lbs of weight gained.

In a word YUK!

What’s worse is the cruel joke of putting Valentines Day a month later!

Let’s reverse that and lose 5 – 15 lbs

It’s a simple process (but not easy)

Ok fast is relevant.
You can lose weight and get in shape fast it all depends on what you are willing to do.

Will it come off in a week? No.
But it can come off faster then the average person since the average person
will not put forth the effort to do what needs to be done.

Here are the basics of what you need to do.

1st
You need to have a starting point
Documentation beats conversation.
Weigh in and get measurements.

Yes I know this is the worst part but really it’s the best way to make sure you are on track.

2nd
You need to find out what it is that you like to do?
Is it Aerobics Kickboxing, Running, Walking, Boot Camps, weight lifting etc?

If you enjoy the workouts then most likely you will stick with them.

3rd
You need to realize that you need to do some type of cardio, some type of weights and some type of resistance training to maximize your results, doing just one will not help you near as much.

Personally I like the Aerobic Kickboxing with Gloves and Bags it has it all.

4th
You need to start eating sensible this means you need to build up to about 8 glasses of water a day and
5 meals (small ones) when you do this your body will actually increase its metabolism.

5th
Most likely you’re not getting the right nutrients you need so you need to get on a supplement.
If you are eating 100% correctly you don’t need supplements which means basically 90% of the population needs supplements, since very few of us actually eat right.

We advice AdvoCare for more info on that www.advocare/08102397/.

6th
Get a support group a buddy to do it with you is best. Nothing like helping each other get to your goals.

7th
Be patient it takes time.
Do it right and it will give you life changing habits that will help you stay the way you want for the rest of your life.

Hope this helps
